What
is Edline?
Each MPCS student has their own Edline account that allows the student
and parents to view classroom information in a convenient manner. Whether
you are at work, home, or out of town, families can access their Edline
account on the Internet. For information about Edline, visit them at
www.edline.net.
What can you use Edline
to do?
You can check your child's
latest grades. You can receive e-mail alerts when new grades are posted.
Eventually, when we get Edline up and running correctly, there will be
many features that you will be able to access like, homework assignments,
school calendar, sports practices and games, etc.
How do I set up my Edline
account?
1. Contact MPCS to get your
personal Edline Activation Code if you have not received it already.
2. Go to www.edline.net and Click
on "Click here if you have a new activation code."
3. Fill in your Activation Code. MVCS will give you one (1) code for each
child. If you receive several codes because you have several children,
enter each code one after the other. Then you can view all your children's
information on the same login account. If you happen to receive the same
code for the same child twice you do not have to enter it again. Click
"Activate This Code" once you have entered all the codes.
4. Follow the remaining steps to create your Edline Screen Name and Password.
When asked if you already have an Edline account, click "New Account"
and if this is your first time using Edline. If you already have an Edline
account, click "Combine Accounts" to add this child to your
existing account.
5. On the last account activation page, print the "Student/Parent
Quick-Start Guide" so you can make the most of Edline. After this,
you will not need your Activation Code - you will always use your Screen
Name and Password to access Edline.
