Elementary (K4–5th Grade)

Marcus Pointe Christian School is an elementary program that serves K4 through fifth-grade students. We give your child the best environment to form a strong academic and Christ-centered foundation. In addition to the core subjects, students participate in weekly enhancements such as art, music, library, Spanish, and PE. At MPCS, we train our students to use what they’ve learned academically, socially, and spiritually to make a difference in our community and around the world.

A Loving Atmosphere

One of the things we hear most from our families about why they choose MP is the loving family and community atmosphere around the school. Our qualified teachers and dedicated staff get to know students on a personal level and push each one to do their absolute best in and out of the classroom. The love and commitment our teachers feel towards their students shines through into their classrooms. Students spend their days engaged in an active and vibrant atmosphere where learning is fun.

Our Curriculum

We teach an advanced curriculum from a Biblical perspective. Our method has yielded great academic results as evidenced by our students consistently scoring above the national average in math and reading. But our program goes beyond just the core subjects and includes extracurricular classes in Spanish, art, music, library, and PE, providing a well-rounded education. This also includes the use of current and relevant technology in the classroom to engage students and bring learning to life.

The best part of our program is that our community environment and our academic success is all centered in Christ. In addition to weekly chapel services, students begin each day with prayer and devotional time.

At Marcus Pointe, we teach our students to take what they have learned in the classroom and put it into action in the community. Every class participates in a community service project each year. These projects range from sponsoring a local soldier deployed overseas to showing appreciation to local law enforcement to collecting goods for the less fortunate in our community.

The birthday cut-off date is September 1 for all classes. We do not require academic records for students entering K4 or K5, except for verification of attendance in a prekindergarten program or to demonstrate school readiness for kindergarten.
