Before enrolling your child, please read the entire student handbook, as it contains important information regarding our preschool policies and procedures.
We consider your enrollment complete once you submit the following documents and fees to our office:
• Completed enrollment application
• Immunization form or religious letter of exemption if you do not immunize
• Physical record
• Copy of birth certificate
• Registration and supply fee
